Summer Information

General Office Information

We are open as of 7/31/17 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. for general questions regarding Parent Portal help and Annual Update.

Counselors return on 7/31.  Please be patient as they are preparing schedules for the new school year.  Email your Counselor for general questions.  Unfortunately, you will not be able to drop in and see your Counselor.  You must have an appointment made directly with your Counselor.

The front office staff returns on Monday, August 7th.

Work Permits

If you need a work permit processed when schools are closed, take your fully completed work permit and ID to Educational Services (Bldg B) at the District Office, 699 Old Orchard Drive in Danville.  It’s located on the northwest corner of the Sycamore Valley Road and Old Orchard Drive intersection.  See posted link for more information and printable work permit forms.  Click here for additional information and necessary forms to download.

If you require an official transcript over the summer, please email our Registrar, Nancy Ainsworth, at nainsworth@dvhigh.net, with student name, student ID# and where you want the transcript sent. If she is on vacation, it will be noted on her email message, and it will direct you to the District Office, Student Services Dept - 699 Old Orchard Dr. Danville, CA. 925 552-5500

***You may download your own unofficial transcript through your Parent Portal.***
