Background:  Diana Walker is a California credentialed teacher and has a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Music Education from the Biola University Conservatory of Music. In 2008, she went on to pursue her Master of Arts degree in Education. She has performed in numerous vocal ensembles for the past 20 years. Recent performances include a guest appearance with the Biola Chorale for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Diana has taught vocal music for the Cypress School District and the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District in Southern California before coming to the SRVUSD. She has taught all grade levels from Pre-Kindergarten to undergraduate courses since 2006.


Teaching/Educational Philosophy:  Music helps people put their differences aside for a moment to join in one song. The world could use a little more of that every day.
