Wildcat Days

 SRVUSD Annual Update (see information below)

 School Registration Process (see information below)

 If you volunteer at an SRVUSD school and your information has changed, visit the Volunteer Management System to make updates.

Registration is a 3-step process. See below for more detailed information.

Step 1: Annual Update - Parent Portal Information

  • If your child is currently enrolled in an SRVUSD school, you must complete the Annual Update to verify household and emergency contact information and complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements.

    • Parents can access this information by logging into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account (Parent Portal Direct Link).

    • The Annual Update window for the 2016-17 school year is scheduled to open on August 4, 2016.

    • Check your Portal "InBox" for a message titled "Annual Update Fall Registration." This message will guide you through the Annual Update process.

    • Only one Annual Update is required required for each family at a primary address.

    • The message will continue to appear in your inbox until the end of the Annual Update period.

    • Please disregard the message once you have completed your Annual Update.

    • You will receive a confirming email following completion of the Annual Update process. 

    • This must be completed prior to Wildcat Days, our on-site registration. Please see below the schedule for Wildcat Days.

    • Proceed to Step 2.

  • If you are new to the district and have not enrolled your student electronically, go to the District website and click on "Enroll Your Child.

    • Once you have enrolled electronically, call our Registrar Nancy Ainsworth at 925-479-6422 to set up an appointment. She is available after July 21st.

    • NOTE: Between June 27th and July 21st your appointment will be made at the Summer Enrollment Center at John Baldwin Elementary School, located at 741 Brookside Drive, Danville.

    • Be sure to bring all required paperwork to your appointment. Detailed instructions can be found on our website, www.srvusd.net, Enroll Your Child" webpage (see above).


Step 2: Complete DVHS Online Registration

  • Here's how it works:

    • Access the DVHS Webstore (click here) and choose Wildcat Days Registration for any items you need for the start of school.

    • Make all your donations in the same shopping cart. The options are:

      • ​Education Fund - supports class size reduction, all classroom supplies, and future large capital purchases.

      • Athletic Boosters - supporting sports and our student athletes.

      • Music Boosters Fund - supporting our band, choral, and orchestra programs

      • PTSA Memberships - joining the group who coordinates their efforts with staff and students to support the school.

    • Donations are also welcome.

      • Library Donations - supporting additional volumes in our library.

      • Technology Donations - supporting student technology (i.e. computer labs, Naviance, etc.).

    • Print your receipt and bring it with you to Wildcat Days.

  • To purchase your student's school picture:

Step 3: On-Site Registration Days - Wildcat Days

  • There is no packet to pick up this year!

  • Parent / Legal Guardian should accompany their child(ren)

  • Students will:

    • ​have Yearbook pictures taken (remember to bring your photography receipt from step #2)

    • be issued ID cards

    • select their locker (first come first served), and grade specific days only.

    • pickup textbooks.

  • ​Incoming 10th, 11th and 12th grade students should bring their padlock from last year to Wildcat Days.

  • Each grade level will have their own Registration Day - 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. each day, except 9th grade.

  • Monday 8/8 - 12th grade only (if necessary, siblings may come but they won't be able to pick a locker.)

  • Tuesday 8/9 - 11th grade only (if necessary, siblings may come but they won't be able to pick a locker.)

  • Wednesday 8/10 -10th grade only (if necessary, siblings may come but they won't be able to pick a locker.)

  • Thursday 8/11-9th grade only time is from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. (if necessary, siblings may come but they won't be able to pick a locker.)

  • If you are unable to come to these dates, you will need to register afterschool on the first day of school.

 

9th Grade / New Student Orientation

Thursday, 8/10/17

  • 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
  • Main Gym

The Leadership Class will introduce new students to DVHS and will distribute class schedules.

9th grade and new students will also complete Wildcat Days Registration from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. which includes getting pictures taken, ID cards and locker distribution. If you cannot attend, 9th grade and new students should come on 8/14/17 after school - Commons

 

***Please note - We do not have school supply lists but each teacher will let the student know what is needed for their classes.

First Week of School Schedules

Monday 8/15/16 - Minimum Day Schedule

  • Begin at 8:10
  • Dismissal at 12:20
