ACS KICKOFF MEETING THIS FRIDAY 9/14 DURING LUNCH IN THE AUX GYM!!

Hey Wildcats!!! Are you interested in joining ACS this year? Then come out to American Cancer Society's kickoff meeting this Friday 9/14 in the Aux Gym!!!!! Come out to learn more about our main event of the year and how you can support ACS.

Our main event of focus is Relay for Life, which is a 24-hr community fundraising walk where teams of people commit to walking laps around the track in turns throughout the night, to show their support for those battling cancer. All of the money fundraised go towards funding research projects, new treatments, uniting support, and creating a positive impact and outreach in our local communities. Over the years, Dougherty Valley's Relay for Life has fundraised over $100,000 for American Cancer Society. Last year, we raised over $40,000 with 420 participants. We have been nationally recognized as a Top Baby Relay!

If you want to be part of this amazing experience, then come out to the first meeting in the aux gym this Friday 9/14. Make sure to bring your friends!!!
